Anton Lex, our mechanic workshop manager for many years passed away unexpectedly.

With great sadness we learned today that Anton Lex died unexpectedly beginning of this week. Anton was responsible for the mechanical workshop of our institute since 1999 and had thus a key role in Experimental Meteorology. With his commitment during the last 25 years he made possible a multitude of experiments, instruments, and measurement campaigns and thus contributed to the success of the institute. We will miss him! Our deepest sympathies go to his family.
