Ba-Ma-Tag: Information on the research ares of the meteorology for bachelor and master theses

On 13 November 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00, in front of Gumbel (Theresienstraße 39, B075) - all professors working within the Meteorological Institute will present their research topics and working groups in a poster session.
Come by, explore the different areas of research, meet the professors, their groups, discover what you like and potentially gain inspiration for your final thesis.
In addition, there will be an information stand where you can learn more about the institute’s Bachelor and Master programs in Meteorology, as well as the various opportunities to study and specialize within the field. We warmly encourage you to stop by and ask questions.
The following professors and their groups will attend the BaMa Tag: Prof. Dr. Bernhard Mayer, Prof. Dr. George Craig, Prof. Dr. Markus Rapp (DLR), Prof. Dr. Mark Wenig, Prof. Dr. Thomas Birner, and Prof. Dr. Anja Schmidt (DLR).
