Professor Thomas Birner new at the Meteorological Institute

Prof. Dr. Thomas Birner is new Professor at the Meteorological Institute of LMU. His research interests cover atmospheric and climate dynamics, general circulation and especially the dynamics of coupled tropospheere-stratosphere systems. For the last 9 years he was a professor at the Department of Atmospheric Science of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, USA.
